Our Story

Founded by Ethel Paraiwa-Murray, a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Impala Nursing Services was established to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities and their families. Ethel's extensive experience has been instrumental in shaping an organisation that prioritises person-centred care and community support.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate disability care to NDIS participants in NSW. We deliver these support services in-home and within communities, helping empower participants to live independently and improve the quality of their lives.

Our Vision

We aim to raise awareness about people with disabilities, particularly the issues they face regarding the lack of accessible support and the shortage of healthcare workers. Ultimately, we strive to contribute to their health and wellbeing through our range of care services and resources.
