Medication Assistance/Administration: Our trained staff ensure timely and accurate medication assistance and administration, promoting health, safety, and peace of mind.
Supported Independent Living (SIL): We support participants in developing life skills and living more independently in a shared or individual housing environment tailored to their needs.
Personal Care: Our experienced staff provide assistance with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
Community Access: Our team connects clients to the community and supports them to access activities and services.
Transport: We help clients to travel safely to and from appointments or social activities.
Domestic Assistance: Our team provide support with activities such as housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and laundry.
Companionship: We offer companionship and friendship for clients who may be feeling lonely or isolated.
