Application Requirements

To join our team, all applicants must provide a current resume with two references and evidence of their right to work in Australia, such as a valid visa. A current police check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Clearance are essential, along with completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module for those working under the NDIS. First Aid (within the last 3 years) and CPR (within the last 12 months) certifications are required, as well as up-to-date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations and a valid driver's licence. Clinical applicants must also hold relevant qualifications - AHPRA registration for RNs, ENs, and EENs, or a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability for other clinical roles.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience / Nursing Home experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Aged Care, Acute settings, or Community settings
  • Experience in wound care management, Catheter Care / changing SPCs
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and Agency work – away from home
  • Valid police clearance and up-to-date immunisations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • First Aid/CPR certificates and relevant clearances

Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs)

  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care, acute, or community settings
  • CPR and Manual Handling certificates
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and Agency work – away from home
  • Valid police clearance and up-to-date immunisations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Assistant in Nursing (AINs)

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care OR Disability, Individual Support, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in care settings preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-focused
  • Valid police check and NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable)
  • First Aid/CPR certificates and relevant clearances

Support Workers

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health
  • Experience working with NDIS participants
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • First Aid/CPR certificates and relevant clearances

Care Staff

  • Background in personal care, domestic support, or aged care
  • Warm, patient, and professional approach
  • Availability for weekend or shift work
  • Willingness to undergo training and background checks
  • First Aid/CPR certificates and relevant clearances

Lawn & Gardening Personnel

  • Experience in lawn mowing, pruning, and general garden maintenance
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
  • Driver’s licence (preferred)
  • Physically fit with a strong work ethic

Cleaners (Domestic & Commercial)

  • Proven experience in home or commercial cleaning
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow checklists and work unsupervised
  • National police clearance may be required
  • First Aid/CPR certificates and relevant clearances
